These rules apply to all trainees, staff members, and employees involved in any academic,
development, or educational training with our organization.
Admission Requirements
Candidates should submit their application on the prescribed application form along with two
passport size photographs. Candidates should submit the certificate/mark sheet of the latest
qualification.
Fee Payment & Collection
All fees are payable to "Hindtech Learning Point" in Lucknow by cheque, demand draft, cash,
credit/debit card, NEFT, or UPI.
Students must retain original payment receipts, as they may be required for the "Course
Completion Certificate." Hindtech Learning Point may withdraw services if proper receipts
are not provided. The responsibility to collect the valid student fee payment bill lies with
the student.

The admission form fee is ₹1000 and is included in the course fee.

A non-refundable advance of 40% of the course fee is
required at the start.

The course fee must be paid in two instalments. The first instalment is due in the
second month after admission. (*offered on select
courses only)

The second instalment is due in the third month after admission. (*offered on select courses only)

Once any payment is made, whether for the admission form or any part of the course
fee, it is non-refundable.

Students must provide their instalment payment dates and are responsible for paying
on those dates. If they fail to do so, they will be responsible for any
consequences.
Placement/Internship Assistance
Hindtech Learning Point will provide placement/internship assistance to students on selected
courses. The placement assistance shall be governed by the placement process prevailing at
the given time. Internship programmes will be governed by the firm policy which may change
from time to time.
Passing Certificate
Each training program will include an assessment that students must pass to receive
certification. Passing marks will follow firm policy. Upon completing the program and
clearing all dues, Hindtech Learning Point will issue certificates within 45 days. If lost
or damaged, a duplicate certificate can be obtained for a fee. In fast-track programs,
students must complete all required hours and pass the assessment for certification. If a
student fails, they must reappear or receive a "Certificate of Participation." Reappear fees
are as per policy. Certificates must be collected in person; no courier requests will be
accepted.
Attendance and Leave
The institute maintains a daily record of students' attendance and students should have at
least 90% class presence to be eligible for assessments. Attendance is maintained in the
student logbook by the respective faculty at the institute and students are required to sign
the same after every class. Students can apply for leave sharing 3 days advance notice.
Rejoining
If a student avails uninformed leave for 7 days or more, he/she is liable to pay readmission
charges, as per the firm policy.
Termination of Student Services
If a student is indisciplined or misbehaving in the institute, Hindtech Learning Point
reserves the right to terminate the student services without any notice and fee refund.
Batch Timings & Transfer
Hindtech Learning Point reserves the right to allot student batch timings and size as per the
availability of infrastructure. Students agree that they shall attend classes as per the
allotted batch and time. In case of change of any batch timings, the student has to submit a
written request at the institute. Hindtech Learning Point reserves the right to accept or
reject the mentioned student request.
Course Upgrade/Downgrade
While there is a provision for course upgradation, there is no provision for course downgrade
and correspondingly no fee refunds are possible.
Student Photo/Videos
Hindtech Learning Point can use student photos and videos taken during the program on brand
promotional material and social platforms.
Undertaking
Students should refrain from carrying expensive items to the institute such as mobile phones,
jewellery, watches, excessive cash. Students are responsible for their own belongings.
Hindtech Learning Point shall not be liable/responsible in the event of any loss/damage to
the same.
Finance Facility
Hindtech Learning Point has a tie-up with finance companies to provide an easy finance
facility to students. The finance company reserves the right to approve/disapprove any loan
application/amount as per Terms & Conditions. Hindtech Learning Point does not take any
responsibility.
Mobile Phone:
Usage of Mobile Phone is prohibited during the classes. In case, a student is found guilty of
using phone during the class. Hindtech Learning Point management may take adequate steps as
per firm policy.
